Vicki is passionate about creating a warm, collaborative and non-judgemental therapeutic environment. She works from a client centered, trauma-informed and strengths based approach with an emphasis on respect for peoples lived experiences and knowledge of their own lives.
Vicki enjoys working with a wide range of concerns and has special interests in the areas of relationships, attachment and self-understanding with emphasis on improving an individual's communication and sense of connection.
Vicki is sex positive, LGBTQIA+ inclusive and is supportive of diverse intimate relationship types and dynamics. Vicki is neurodivergent affirming and has experience working with a variety of presenting issues related to personality disorders, substance use disorders, cognitive impairment and intellectual disabilities, depression and anxiety.
