To work at SHIPS you require interest and a desire to learn about a psychological approach to sexual health treatment - we provide you with the training. The application of Psychology models and modality to the treatment of sexual health issues is a different approach to traditional sex therapy and sexology treatment. It is definitely helpful to have sexology knowledge and training though!
