Sheralee believes the therapeutic relationship should be a safe and empowering space where clients can share their stories, explore their experiences, and take the lead in shaping the support they need for healing and growth. Her approach is focused on understanding each person’s unique strengths and experiences, primarily drawing on modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Schema Therapy. She places a strong emphasis on the connection between the mind and body, working closely with clients to explore how their environments influence their health and well-being.
Sheralee’s professional experience spans pain management, gender-affirming care, sexual and reproductive health, and sexual violence prevention. She is committed to culturally safe and intersectional practice, particularly for LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse communities. Her therapeutic work addresses a wide range of concerns, including sexual health, intimacy, the psychological impact of illness, injury, or stress, trauma, shame, depression, anxiety, grief, and relational issues.
With a Master's degree in Health Psychology and published research in menstrual management, Sheralee integrates clinical expertise with a deep commitment to providing compassionate, person-centred care. Passionate about improving psychological access for marginalised groups, she supports individuals to cultivate resilience and embrace self-acceptance. Above all, Sheralee is dedicated to creating a warm, inclusive space where every client feels seen and understood.
