Phoebe provides a safe and affirming space where individuals feel supported to explore their challenges and work toward their goals. She is passionate about helping people build healthy and fulfilling relationships – with others and themselves. This includes navigating challenges related to intimacy, identity, communication, relationship dynamics, and sexuality.
Phoebe’s approach is client-centred and grounded in inclusivity. She creates a space that is neurodiversity-affirming, LGBTQIA+ inclusive, sex-positive, kink-friendly, and welcoming of all relationship structures.
To support meaningful change, Phoebe draws on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques. Alongside relational challenges, she has experience helping people with anxiety and stress, perfectionism, depression, identity concerns and trauma.
Phoebe holds a Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of Melbourne and brings experience from university, private and community settings.
