Charlie takes a person-centred approach that utilises social-ecological systems theory, feminist and queer theories, situating the client in the world which shapes their interactions with themselves and others.

Charlie enjoys working with diverse clients and concerns and has particular interest in working with LGBTQIA+ and polyamorous clients. Charlie has been a sex educator for several years and worked in LGBTQIA+ and polyamorous social and advocacy spaces, including completing a masters thesis on sex and gender-diverse individuals in the polyamorous community. Charlie is a kink and sex work-positive practitioner.

Charlie has experience working with sexual issues including sexual anxiety and desire difficulties. They work with relationship issues such as managing conflict, life changes and developing communication skills.
