She is passionate about supporting clients to create a satisfying and meaningful life and works collaboratively to create a personally tailored plan for treatment.
She brings warmth, a focus on clients’ personal strengths, and authenticity to her therapeutic approach. As a practitioner and an individual she believes in sex-positive, neurodivergency-affirming, and human-rights based mental health care.

Ashlyn has experience working with individuals who are part of the neurodivergent (ADHD & Autism) and LGBTIQA+ communities, or are new to exploring neurodivergent, gender diverse, or sexually diverse identities. She also has experience providing psychological treatment for issues relating to depression, anxiety, substance use, work or academic stress, sleep disturbance, and pain management, and is knowledgeable about parenting support through her doctoral research in Monash University’s Parenting and Youth Mental Health lab.
