Ashlyn uses a position of openness, empathy, and authenticity to understand clients’ unique lived experiences and support them in creating the change they are seeking in their lives. She brings warmth, a focus on clients’ personal strengths, and attunement to her therapeutic approach.
Ashlyn enjoys working with clients on issues relating to sexual health including sexual anxiety, differences in libido, pornography use, and difficulties with erection, orgasm, arousal, or desire. Ashlyn also holds interest in working with clients on managing dyspareunia (vulvodynia & vaginismus) and other forms of persistent pain. She is passionate about supporting clients to increase their sense of pleasure and connection, and to experience sex and intimacy in the way they would like to be.
Ashlyn also has experience supporting clients with exploring and affirming gender identity.
As a practitioner and as an individual, Ashlyn is neurodiversity affirming, LGBTQIA+ inclusive, sex and sex worker positive, and welcoming of diverse relationship structures.
In her personal life Ashlyn likes reading sci-fi and fantasy novels, doing crossword puzzles, playing board games, and crocheting.
